Manage your subscription, submit design requests and more.

Your dashboard enables you to:

  • Submit design requests.

  • Manage current requests in the design queue.

  • Download files from completed requests.

  • Hire an additional designer.

  • Change your plan and billing details.

  • Visit our Knowledge Base for answers to commonly asked questions.

You can access your Design Cloud dashboard any time by heading to this link in any web browser: request.designcloud.app. (Even though it has been optimised for mobile, the best experience is on a desktop device.)

You can click on the Design Cloud logo on any page throughout the app to be brought back to the dashboard above.

Check on a design request ticket quickly.

3. How it works

Once you have logged in for the first time, you'll be welcomed with a short, automated tour on how to navigate our app and a reminder of how our design process works. You can re-launch this tour at any time by clicking on the 'How it works' button.

4. Submit request

Click this link to submit a new request to your graphic designer. Not sure what to write? We've got you covered - click here.

5. Design Scope

Here you can see which plan you are on (Essential, Agency or PRO). Clicking this will lead you to an article which goes into detail about what's included with our different plans.

6. Designers

Here you can see the number of designers currently hired on your plan. If you'd like to hire an additional designer, just send an email to [email protected].

7. Account

Click this link to view our discounts for members who choose our 3, 6 or 12 month plans.

8. Billing / Logout

From here, you'll be able to access your billing account to update payment and personal information (main account holder only). If you've had enough for one day, just hit this link to sign out of the app. When you're ready to log back in, head back to request.designcloud.app.

9. View design queue

View all of the active, pending and previous requests you have in your design queue. You can check the status of requests, manage previous requests and view files from your designer.
