When you first get started with Design Cloud, you'll be assigned a designated designer who will work on your design queue. We allocate designers to your brand so that they can work individually with you and build up an understanding of your preferred style, your brand identity and the goals of your design work. The longer you work with one designer, the faster the turnarounds on your design requests will be.

Although it is very rare, you may occasionally feel your designer is just not the best suited for your brand and the design work you envision. In this case, we encourage you to ask for a change of graphic designer. We only ever hire incredibly skilled graphic designers, so we are sure to be able to find the perfect person to work on your brand. A change of designer can be handled in just 24 hours, and there will be very minimal disruption to the workflow of your queue.
