Adding more designers to your team means that you can increase the number of active requests being worked on simultaneously from your design queue.

1 subscription = 1 designer who will work on 1 active request at a time.

2 subscriptions = 2 designers who will work on 1 active request at a time each.

You can add as many designers as you like.

Example scenario (with 1 designer):

  • Designer 1 begins working on your 30-page eBook, which can take up to 4-5 working days.

  • During those 4-5 days, you submit 3 smaller Design Requests that go into the queue.

  • As your designer can only work on one request at a time, you must wait 4-5 days for the eBook to be completed before the next request in the queue can be started.

  • After 4-5 days, you will have 1 piece of work.

Example scenario (with 2 designers):

  • Designer 1 begins working on your 30-page eBook, which can take up to 4-5 working days.

  • During those 4-5 days, you submit 3 smaller Design Requests that go to the queue.

  • Designer 2 works through the 3 smaller requests during the 4-5 days Designer 1 is busy.

  • After 4-5 days, you will have 4 pieces of work.

You can easily add additional designers to your team by increasing the quantity of your subscription plan by following the step-by-step guide below.

Step 1: Login and open your billing account

First, login to your dashboard and click on your icon in the lower left, then click 'Billing'.

Step 2: Select your existing plan

Step 3: Edit your subscription

On the next window, click 'Edit Subscription'.

Step 4: Change the quantity

From here you can adjust the number from the drop-down list, or you can enter it manually.

Step 4: Update your subscription

Once you have adjusted the quantity, click the blue button that says 'Update Subscription' and the payment method on file will be charged.
