Adding additional users to your account

Need to add team members to your account? Here's what you need to do.

If you would like to add more users from your business to submit requests to your designer, you can now do this by sending an email to our support team: [email protected].

Please include the full names and email addresses you want to add.

Things to consider when adding additional users

Even though there's no limit to the number of users that you can add to your account - requests and revisions are still unlimited for every user too - there are a few things that you should keep in mind.

Your design queue is shared across your company, meaning that all requests sent from all users, will be added into the same queue.

With a single Design Cloud subscription, you get access to one dedicated graphic designer who will work on one active request at a time from your companies design queue.
