If you request something that is not on your current plan, we'll let you know which plan you'll need to be on to complete the request.

If you have a request that's not listed (you may call it something different), just reach out to our support team and we'll let you know if we can facilitate it - Chances are we can unless it's on the list of things we don't do.

Essential Plan: Graphic Design
Our essential plan exists for teams who need simple day-to-day design work.
Most requests on this plan would be considered Simple on our complexity score system. Learn more about this here.

Our agency plan was created for businesses that need more than the essentials.
If you are subscribed to our agency plan, you can work on everything listed above in our Essential plan, as well as the following additional work:

PRO Plan: Graphic Design
With PRO, there's no restriction on the type of work you can send to your designer. Our PRO plan Includes a Slack channel for real-time communication with your designer. This can really help when working on complex projects.
