Throughout the year, there are some days when we will be closed for things like UK public holidays and team get-togethers.
We try to give as much notice as possible so that you can plan ahead with submitting work to your designers and minimise disruption to design work being delivered.
Here are our planned dates throughout 2024 when we will be closed:

UK bank holidays are typically on a Monday, with the exception of Easter weekend - which is Friday and Monday - and Boxing Day which is a Tuesday this year.
β
Here's what this means for your requests if we are closed on a Monday:
βFriday before a Bank Holiday Monday
If your designer starts work on a new request or a major revision from your queue on the Friday before the bank holiday, you'll get the first draft or revisions back on the following Tuesday.
All new requests submitted on the Friday before the bank holiday will be added to your queue and picked up from the following Tuesday.

Planned Team Get-togethers in 2024
We're a remote-first team and most of us don't get the opportunity to spend time together day-to-day, so every quarter, we get the whole team together for food, drinks, and team-building activities.

April 5th | Friday | Design Cloud Spring party |

Christmas Shutdown 2024
Request volume drops significantly over the Christmas and New Year period. In 2022 & 2023, we trialed closing for the 3 days between Christmas & New Year and it worked well - with no disruption to any work.
β
We will once again be closed for the 3 business days between Christmas & New Year 2024 to give everyone an extended break with their family and friends - We're sure you are all looking forward to it as well.
There is plenty of time between now (1st Mar 2024) and 24th Dec to get everything organized, submitted and delivered in advance. Please don't leave things to the last minute.
If you need to create Christmas & NY social media designs to post throughout the Christmas & NY period, please submit these as soon as possible..... Like now! π
